I went to my first debate at the Union Society tonight. It was on abortion. One woman there has had sixteen of them - insane.
The UK's abortion policies are more liberal than in the States. In fact, none of the panelists on either side questioned the legitimacy of current policy that allows for abortions up to two months. The opposition simply argued against extending the period beyond the two months.
